Representing Sri Lanka were Pradeep Saputhanthri, Secretary to the Prime Minister; Sagarika Bogahawatta, Additional Secretary to the Prime Minister; Ruwanthi Delpitiya, Director General; and Dhawood Amanullah, Director of the East Asia Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism.
