BSM Developers have launched a new residential project, New Metro City Gujar Khan, situated along the main GT Road in Gujar Khan, Rawalpindi. This initiative follows the company’s earlier success with New Metro City Kharian and aims to offer modern residential living with accessible amenities.

Located on a prime stretch of the GT Road, the housing society is being marketed as an ideal location for both investment and residential purposes. Its proximity to Islamabad, along with direct road access and commercial availability, has attracted considerable attention from buyers seeking upscale yet accessible living options.

According to market agents, the location and affordability are key factors driving demand. BSM Developers have reportedly acquired approximately 16,000 kanals of land for this project, with expansion plans expected as the development progresses. However, the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) website currently does not list the project under its official No Objection Certificate (NOC) approvals. Despite this, the developers cite allotment number RDA | F-PHS-GRK-06/738 in their promotional materials.

The society recently conducted an early bird balloting for Block A, which generated significant public interest. In addition, the developer has announced a new Sports Block, featuring large-scale sports facilities that have gained attention online and contributed to the society’s growing visibility in the real estate sector.

BSM Developers have a history of timely delivery and completion of prior housing ventures. Their reputation in the market has added credibility to the Gujar Khan project, with stakeholders expecting similar performance in execution and delivery.
