The government has designated all Balochistan-based terrorist groups as Fitna al-Hindustan since May 2025, accusing India of sponsoring proxy attacks. President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the forces, with Sharif stating, “The state will continue to act against terrorism with full force,” as quoted by SUCH TV. The operation follows a recent attack in Kalat, where three musicians were killed in a bus ambush, highlighting the group’s targeting of civilians.
