Joyce Msuya, UN Deputy Emergency Relief Coordinator, described the situation as dire, with more than 13 million people in Ukraine requiring humanitarian assistance. Pakistan condemned attacks on civilians and critical infrastructure, with Jadoon emphasizing that such actions are unjustifiable. He urged all parties to prioritize diplomacy to end the suffering, particularly in light of Ukraine’s recent withdrawal from the anti-landmine convention, which increases risks to civilians.
